Bio: Susan received her BA in Psychology from Elmira College and MS in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field for more than 30 years starting out as a Headstart teacher in that program’s early years. Susan has been a childcare center teacher and administrator and has taught courses at Wheelock and Mass Bay colleges. She was the founding director of Children’s Hospital Child Care Center in Boston before coming to ITC in 1997.
